Thank you for shopping at The Kashmiri Haat. We are committed to delivering your order with good quality packaging within the given time frame. We ship throughout the week, except on Sundays & Public holidays.

1. Processing Time

Orders are typically dispatched within 2-3 business days of receipt of order. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer a flat shipping rate for all orders within India.

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days.
  • Delivery delays can occasionally occur, especially to remote locations.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Status

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped. You can view the status of your order (e.g., "Preparing Order", "In Transit", "Delivered") by visiting the "My Orders" section of your account on our website.

4. Damages

The Kashmiri Haat takes great care in packaging our products to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. If you received your order damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item. To help us resolve the issue, please email us with your order number and photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will assist you in resolving the matter, which may include helping with a shipping claim or arranging a replacement or refund.
