At The Kashmiri Haat, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Due to the nature of our handcrafted and food products, our return policy has specific conditions.

1. Cancellation Policy

Once an order is placed, it is processed immediately and cannot be cancelled. We encourage you to review your order carefully before confirming your purchase. This ensures that we can dispatch your products as quickly as possible.

2. Return Policy

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged or defective product.
  • You received a product different from what you ordered.

To be eligible for a return, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product. Please provide your order number and clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item.

For perishable items such as food products, returns are not accepted unless the item is damaged or incorrect. Apparel and other non-perishable items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Perishable goods (food items, spices, tea) unless damaged.
  • Custom products or special orders.
  • Items on sale or clearance.

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 15 business days.
